Frequently Asked Questions

How long can I keep the bounce house?

Our typical bounce house rental period is 4 hours. You can ask us about extending your rental time for a small fee per additional hour. The latest pickup we can schedule is 8 PM.

Where should I set up the bounce house?

The best surface to setup and operate our inflatables safely is a level grassy area that is free debris on the ground and clear from low hanging branches or power lines. With an advanced notice, we can setup on solid pavement such as blacktop or concrete but we CAN NOT setup on dirt or gravel.

How much power do I need?

Each blower will need to be plugged in to a separate circuit with at least a 15-20 Amp capacity. The power source should be within 100 ft of the bounce house and we will bring all cords needed to plug in.

How can I make sure everyone is safe?

Supervision is the #1 key to safe operation of a bounce house. Every customer is responsible for ensuring that each unit is supervised at all times during use. We will train a responsible adult to provide supervision at the time of setup. If you need one of our staff to provide supervision, please let us know and we will quote you a price for a bounce house operator.

Secondly, please read the safe operation rules found in here and in our rental agreement.

What happens if the weather is bad?

If we cancel your rental before delivery & setup due to weather or other circumstances beyond your control then we will refund you your deposit. If the customer cancels the rental for non-weather related reasons the deposit will be held with the option of crediting it toward a new rental date within the same year.

Rain will not harm the bounce house but when accompanied by thunder, high winds or a heavy downpour, for the safety of the children, we recommend you shut down the bounce house and bring the blower out of the rain if possible.
